Vacant Position: ADFS Board Member
The Association of Diabetic Foot Surgeons (ADFS) is pleased to announce that we have a vacant position in our ADFS Board. We would like to open a call for applications for this position, and we are looking forward to receiving your applications. The ADFS Board provides leadership for carrying out the Association’s mission to promote the interests of surgery in the diabetic foot across the global community.
ADFS is a membership based organization with board members who have an extensive network of leading experts on the aspects of surgery on the diabetic foot.
What do we do
If you want to make a difference and promote the interests of surgery in the diabetic foot internationally, you are encouraged to join the ADFS Board. Our work is to support cooperation and best practice in research, education and clinical interventions between foot surgeons and multidisciplinary specialists working with or having an interest in the diabetic foot.
To meet the criteria for ADFS board member, you must have a degree in a surgical discipline and either currently be, or have been, performing surgery on the diabetic foot and/or related complications due to diabetes mellitus. Your CV should also reflect extraordinary contributions, publications and/or research to development of surgery on the diabetic foot.
